Frequently Asked Questions
1. How do I earn points with Fahana The Club?
You earn 100 points for every eligible night you stay at any participating Fahana hotel or residence. Points are automatically assigned to the holder of the booking, regardless of how many guests are included in the reservation.
Your points can be accumulated across our entire Fahana collection in the Canary Islands.
2. Do my points expire?
Yes. Each night you stay gives you 100 points valid for 24 months from the date of that stay.
Fahana The Club works on a rolling 24-month basis, meaning that your membership level is always calculated using your valid nights and points from the previous 24 months.
When points expire, they no longer count towards your membership level.
3. What are the Fahana The Club membership levels?
Your membership level evolves as you stay with us:
Silver — from 1 night / 100 points
Enjoy 5% off eligible stays.
Gold — from 15 nights / 1,500 points
Enjoy 10% off, early check-in and late check-out subject to availability, plus a complimentary one-hour birthday massage when celebrating your birthday with us.
Platinum — from 29 nights / 2,900 points
Enjoy 12% off, all Gold benefits, special welcome amenities, and a complimentary airport transfer for stays of 7 nights or more.
All benefits are available across participating Fahana properties, subject to the specific conditions of each benefit.
4. Can my travel companions earn points from my booking?
No. Points are awarded only to the holder of the reservation.
For example, if you stay for 5 nights with your partner, the booking holder will receive 500 points. The accompanying guest will not receive points from the same reservation.
If another guest makes a separate eligible reservation in their own name, they can earn points for their own stay.
5. Can Fahana The Club benefits or conditions change?
Fahana may update, modify, replace or discontinue benefits, membership levels, point requirements or other programme conditions when justified by commercial, operational, legal, technological or other legitimate reasons.
Any relevant changes will be communicated through the appropriate Fahana channels and will generally apply prospectively. Benefits or services already expressly confirmed for an existing booking will not normally be affected, subject to applicable law and circumstances beyond Fahana’s reasonable control.
